Over 70 years ago in Milan a bartender decided to change and reinvent the recipe for a drink by replacing gin with sparkling wine. What came from this was a dark amber - colored drink, still one of the top and most beloved drinks in Milan : LO SBAGLIATO (The MISTAKE).
